Complete Terms Governing PrizeVaultRaffles 2026

Welcome to PrizeVaultRaffles! These Official Rules govern participation in PrizeVaultRaffles 2026 (the “Draw”), operated by Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation. By purchasing an entry, you agree to comply fully with these rules.

1. Draw Operator

This Draw is conducted by Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, a registered charitable organization operating under AGLC Gaming License #731124 issued by Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following:

  • 19 years or older at the time of purchase

  • Legal resident of Alberta, Canada

  • Able to provide valid government-issued photo ID

  • Not an employee, officer, or director of Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation

  • Not an immediate family member of Foundation employees, officers, or directors

“Immediate family members” include spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and grandchild. Eligibility verification may be requested at any time.

3. Draw Period

  • Entries available for purchase from January 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM MST through January 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST, or until all 1,000 entries are sold, whichever occurs first.

  • The official draw will take place at Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, Edmonton, AB; date and time will be announced.

  • Draw date may be postponed only due to emergencies or uncontrollable circumstances, with prompt notice provided.

4. Entry Purchase

  • Price: $10.00 CAD per entry

  • Limits: No maximum number of entries per person

  • Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer

  • Confirmation: Email confirmation with unique entry numbers and receipt provided upon purchase

  • Refunds: All sales are final; entries are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law

  • Gifts: Entries may be purchased as gifts; recipients must meet eligibility and provide ID to claim prizes

5. Draw Procedures

  • Winners are selected via certified random number generator under independent third-party supervision.

  • Winners are drawn sequentially, with only one prize awarded per person.

  • Draw is open to the public, with independent oversight ensuring fairness.

  • Odds of winning depend on total entries sold, with maximum odds of 1 in 1,000 if all entries sell.

6. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw using details provided.

  • At least three contact attempts will be made over 7 days.

  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

  • Failure to respond results in forfeiture and selection of alternate winners.

  • Winners’ names (first name and last initial) will be publicly posted on the PrizeVaultRaffles website and social media.

7. Prize Claim

  • Winners have 30 days from the draw date to claim prizes.

  • Required documents include:

    • Valid government-issued photo ID

    • Proof of Alberta residency

    • Original or printed entry confirmation email

    • Signed winner’s declaration and release form

    • Signed publicity consent form (as allowed by law)

  • Verification required before prize release; false info disqualifies winner.

  • Prizes may be picked up at Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation or shipped at winner’s cost and risk.

  • Unclaimed prizes after 30 days may be forfeited or awarded to alternates.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes by PrizeVaultRaffles without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participation in promotional activities may be requested.

9. Liability

PrizeVaultRaffles and its affiliates are not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical failures or unauthorized intervention

  • Errors in Draw administration

  • Injury or damages related to participation or prize acceptance

Winners assume all risk associated with prize acceptance. Maximum liability is limited to the retail value of the prize.

10. General Conditions

  • PrizeVaultRaffles reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Draw if fraud or technical issues affect integrity.

  • Participants may be disqualified for tampering, rule violations, misconduct, or providing false info.

  • All decisions by PrizeVaultRaffles are final and binding.

  • The Draw complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for Draw administration according to PrizeVaultRaffles’ Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold or shared except as legally required or for Draw management.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • These rules are governed by Alberta and Canadian federal laws.

  • Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Alberta courts.

  • Invalid provisions will not affect remaining rules.

13. Gaming License

  • This Draw operates under AGLC Gaming License #731124 issued by Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis.

  • All proceeds support Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation’s programs, including medical equipment, research, family services, and child life programs.
